• To manage the sending of satisfaction surveys based on the purchase of the requested products and services in order to improve our customers’ day-to-day experience. The personal data will be deleted after the end of the survey and a reasonable period of time for making improvements, activating new services and complying with the requirements of the applicable legislation.

Processing of data of minors

Users who provide their data via the forms on this website and accept their processing declare that they are over 14 years of age; access to and use of the website by minors under said age is prohibited. If, at any time, the Data Controller detects that a minor under 14 years of age has provided personal data, we will proceed to the cancellation thereof. Similarly, parents and guardians may, in any event, contact FIRA CCIB, S.L. to block the access accounts of minors under their charge that are registered through the use of a false identity.
