The CCIB’s average FTE equivalent in 2011 was 164 members of staff, 41% of which were own employees.
With the objective of providing a good working atmosphere that supports employee loyalty, we promote indefinite contracts wherever possible, prioritising continuity and offering good working conditions. In 2011, 88% of those people directly contracted by the CCIB held an indefinite contract; 100% of them were full-time employees.
